Did you have to move away just because your sister has breathing problems and if yes ghosts by Raina telgemeier the perfect book for you.
cat and her sister maya move away to help maya’s breathing problems so they go to this place called  Bahía de la Luna.
Cat isn't happy about leaving her friends for Bahía de la Luna, but Maya has cystic fibrosis and will benefit from the cool, salty air that blows in from the sea.

In the place cat moves to the people there believed in ghosts and cat thinks they are crazy but when she sees a ghost she feels bad for being so rude.
Ghosts Is a book that gives you the feeling moving away is not that bad at all you can still make new friends and have fun.
