Bradly Chawkers is a mean bully,he is in Mrs. Ebbels class last seat last row of his class.No one ever wants to sit with him.He says to people "give me a dollar or I will spit on you".But inside him he has a kind heart,he just want to be a good person.Until when Bradly meets the new kid Jeff he changed.Jeff needs to sit next to Bradly and worries about Bradly.Jeff is a really kind boy and still doesn't care if he is bullied and keeps on trying to help Bradly. Then Jeff and Bradly becomes best friends and Bradly even goes to Jeff house to help each other for there homework. I really love this book because it gives a lot of description on the main characters like Jeff and Bradly.I would rate this book eight out of ten because it is very amazing book to read
